Part I ends at entailing the major factors that resulted in WWI. 2nd part starts with the significant events and treaties of WWI and how even after the formation of League of Nations, nations could not resist WWWII and the establish- ment of many organizations to avoid any world war in future. Discussing post-war settlements and major events of cold war, the series of wars end up at disintegration of USSR. Furthermore, last chapters focus on Europe as whole till 2012. All-important multiple choice questions are added in the end to analyze the preparation of aspirants, Moreover, the important personalities and countries involved in the events throughout the course of history for the ease of aspirants along with current demographics.
